Sayyid Abbas Razavian

About

Sayyid Abbas Razavian grew up in the greater Los Angeles area and earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 2001. At 21, he began his studies at the Islamic Seminary of Tehran under the esteemed ethics teacher Ayatullah Mujtahidi. Following his teacher's passing, he relocated to Qum to further his studies in Islamic legal theory and law. Having completed the intermediate level (sutuh) of the hawza (Islamic seminary), he advanced to bahth al-kharij and has been engaged in these advanced studies for about ten years. In total, he has dedicated over 20 years to his education in the Islamic seminary. Currently, Sayyid Abbas Razavian resides in Los Angeles, serving as a resident scholar.
